Terms of service and statutory calculation disclaimer
These terms apply to your use of caribbeanhr.com, its calculators, guides, vendor audits and RFP desk. Effective 6 November 2026.

1. The service
caribbeanhr.com provides information on Caribbean payroll, employment law and provider pricing, free calculators, and a desk that routes requests for quotes to third-party operators. CaribbeanHR is not an employer of record, payroll provider, law firm or tax adviser.
2. Statutory calculation disclaimer
Calculators apply 2026 statutory rates, ceilings and formulas as reviewed on the date shown on each page, together with labelled benchmarks (exchange rates, provider fees, salaries and costs). Results are estimates for budgeting and negotiation. They are not payroll, tax, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace the authority’s current tables or advice from a qualified professional. Statutory rules change; confirm with the relevant authority before you pay or terminate anyone.
3. Vendor information
Vendor audits and comparisons describe published prices, commonly quoted terms and questions buyers should ask. Prices and terms change and differ by contract. Vendor names belong to their owners and are used to identify their services; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Vendors may send corrections to hello@caribbeanhr.com.
4. RFP desk
Operators that quote through the desk contract with you directly. CaribbeanHR is not a party to those contracts and is not responsible for their performance. Operators may pay CaribbeanHR a referral fee; employers do not pay for the desk.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, submit false requests, attempt to disrupt it or scrape it in a way that degrades the service. You may share calculator links and printed briefs, and quote the content with attribution to caribbeanhr.com.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CaribbeanHR is not liable for losses arising from reliance on calculator results or content, or from third-party operators’ services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
